We have searched around for an exhaust system that will live up to the demands of the modern high performance Vortech Engine. We shopped around and were surprised by what others are offering as long tube headers. Although anything is possible, we don’t believe that anyone who owns a $30,000,00+ vehicle, would want to rely 30-year-old technology when it came to their exhaust system. Mild Steel thin wall low quality headers with primitive 3 bolt collector flanges are a thing of the past. What are the odds that the collector gaskets will fail? You couldn’t place the bet.

Heavy-Wall STAINLESS STEEL Header = No Header noise in vehicle! Our headers are made from heavy-wall aircraft quality stainless steel tubing throughout the system (1-¾ headers, 2-½ x 2-½ Y-pipe) for outstanding performance and durability. They have extra-thick (.375), laser-CNC-machined header flanges for superior gasket sealing, factory-style 02 sensors bungs for direct fit and OBD-II compatibility, and of course our collector/converter connections utilize a self-aligning, donut gasket for a long lasting leak-free connection. Installation takes less than 3 hours and can be completed with simple hand tools.
