KENNY BROWN Extreme Matrix Subframe System Flex Your Muscle, Not Your Chassis
with the Extreme Matrix System for the 1996-04 Mustang and Cobra
The heart and soul of chassis support is the Matrix System which consists of the Super Subframe Connectors,
Jacking Rails and the Extreme Matrix Brace.
The Subframe Connectors tie the front and rear subframes
together, the Jacking Rails (very handy when jacking up lowered cars) run along the outer rocker pinch-weld
and the Extreme Matrix brace connects the two with 4 full triangulations per side.
Remember that
triangulation is the lightest and strongest engineering structure. The Extreme Matrix system basically
puts a mini-frame under the center of your car.

Double-cross Subframe Connectors
The Double-cross tie the front and rear sub frames together. Adds additional strength and tensional rigidity to the chassis that further reduces twisting action and helps extend the life of the floor pan.

KENNY BROWN Super Subs are zinc chromate plated to help prevent rust. Great for convertibles, T-tops, competition or extreme use.
The Double-Cross™ subframe connectors improve handling, feel, weight transfer and extend the life of the car by reducing power-robbing chassis flex and strengthening the unibody. The Double-Cross™ subframe connectors is the heart of Kenny’s Mustang chassis support system, uniting together the front and rear subframes, to strengthen the center of the car. An added feature to the subframe connectors is the unique Double-Cross™ design, which reduces twisting action and cuts the free span of the car in half by attaching the cross section of the subframe connectors to the strongest section of the midpan.

KENNY BROWN Rear Shock-Tower Brace
This heavy-duty rear shock tower brace strengthens the upper portion
of the rear suspension by triangulated reinforcement of the shock towers. The Kenny Brown
heavy-duty shock tower brace adds extra body rigidity for better handling and performance
under hard cornering and abrupt directional changes. The heavy-duty shock tower brace can
be installed with basic hand tools.
