We have invested many hours evaluating and refining each of the 1999-03 Ford Powerstroke 7.3LDiesel products on our chassis “dyno”, to ensure that we could develop as much power as possible, as safely as possible.

What is the DiabloSport Predator?
The DiabloSport Predator is a state-of-the art, high performance tuning flash programmer in a sleek handheld design. Once connected to the vehicle,
the Predators internal computer recognizes the vehicles PCM and automatically picks the proper tuning files designed specifically for that PCM.
Inside the Predator's memory are the actual tuning files that optimize spark timing and air/fuel ratio curves giving your vehicle up to
3 MPG improved fuel economy. The transmission parameters are remapped to improve the shift characteristics
such as shift firmness and shift points.
Unlike other 'tuners', DiabloSport's programming is performed in very small increments throughout the entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider
and a more predictable power delivery. DiabloSport engineers spend many hours on the dyno, street and track to ensure the tunes provided with the Predator
are the best they can be.

This DiabloSport Predator programmer is the secret to unlocking the performance and economy potential of your vehicle!
Tow SafeProgram Stage 1 Tune: 40 +hp and 100 ft/lbs torque
This setting is the lowest power setting. It is designed to provide a significant increase in horsepower and torque while still being safe enough to use for towing. While it isn’t necessary, a modified exhaust system will help improve overall performance and help reduce your EGT (exhaust gas temperature) levels.
Performance Program Stage 2 Tune: 85 +hp and 198 ft/lbs torque
designed specifically for performance street driving. DiabloSport recommends this tune not be used for towing.
Xtreme Performance Program Stage 3 Tune: 100 +hp and 215 ft/lbs torque
DiabloSport also recommends this tune not be used for towing. If you plan to tow with this program, it is strongly recommended that you make appropriate modifications to your exhaust system and install an EGT (exhaust gas temperature) gauge to aid in the prevention of potential damage to your engine.
Stock Tune: With adjustable speed limiters. Speed limiter to approximately 120 MPH varies based on vehicle set-up weight, tire size, 2wd vs. 4wd, etc.
FYI : This setting is legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway. For more information, consult a qualified diesel mechanic. |
