Is it time to upgrade your fuel delivery system? Ford factory fuel rails provide an adequate fuel delivery system, but when you add an aftermarket supercharger, larger fuel injectors and or fuel pumps the factory fuel rails become very inadequate. The factory fuel rails are so small, it’s amazing that they allow enough fuel to enter the engine to produce the amount of power that it does.

The MOTOBLUE™ GEN X Large Bore Fuel Rail Kit provide increased fuel flow and a better balance to each cylinder. Increasing your fuel rail size from 3/8 to 5/8 not only increases fuel supply, but it also acts as a fuel logs, storing fuel until the engine demands more fuel. The MOTOBLUE™ GEN X Large Bore Fuel Rail Kit is designed as a direct replacement of the OE fuel rails without voiding the factory warranty, or cutting any OE fuel lines. This kit is designed for the do-it-your-self buyer and can be installed with simple hand tools in less than 2 hours.

    anodized 5/8-in. rails, with –8 AN ORB (O-Ring Boss) ports, eliminate thread sealant or Teflon® tape use

  • 1/2" Female Spring Lock to -8 AN ORB Male coupler.

 MOTOBLUE™ Large Bore Fuel Rails The MOTOBLUE™ GEN X Large Bore Fuel Rails are designed to bolt down to the 2005-09 GT intake manifold. Normally employed by those converting to a high flow, return-style fuel system, these rails may now be used in conjunction with our new High-Flo fuel pressure sensor y-block P/N 415018 to create a high flow fuel rail kit for those who wish to retain the stock style, return-less fuel system.

The MOTOBLUE™ GEN X Large Bore Fuel Rails provide increased fuel volume and a better balance to each cylinder. Increasing your rail size from the factory OE 5/16 diameter to the MOTOBLUE™ 5/8 inside diameter not only increases fuel flow and volume, but also acts as fuel logs, storing fuel until the engine demands more fuel.
