ProCharger HO Intercooled Systems are available for 6.1L HEMI-equipped Chrysler 300s. Owners can expect power gains of 160+ HP on the 6.1L HEMIs and 130+ HP on 5.7L HEMIs (110+ with 2009-10  5.7L VCT engines).

Designed around the patented and proven, self-contained ProCharger P-1SC-1 supercharger, the HO Intercooled system features a reliable, “shared-drive” design, a highly efficient, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, a beautiful “from the factory look,” OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto Chrysler 300Cs. ProCharger systems for the 300C utilize a handheld programmer to upload the ProCharger tune.

ProCharger Tuner Kits are identical to complete systems, but come without fuel system components and handheld programmer. Tuner kits require custom tuning by a qualified dealer, and are available for AWD 300C’s and require additional fuel system upgrades.

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance.  Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel.  In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.

2005-2010 Chrysler 300 6.1L

ProCharger’s HO intercooled systems allow Magnum owners to experience the head-turning power of a ProCharger-equipped 6.1L Chrysler 300.

Utilizing the patented, proven self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, eight larger fuel injectors, fuel-pump booster, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation.

ProCharger systems for the 6.1L HEMI utilize a Diablosport® hand-held tuner to upload the ProCharger tune.

P-1X/D-1X Upgrade

The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than their industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
