VMP Predator Claw belt-wrap system for ’20+ GT500 5.2 L

The ‘20+ GT500 is an incredible platform and as they continue to push the envelope with tuning and boost levels via smaller pulleys, one of the side effects can be belt slip.  Their Predator Claw belt-wrap system is designed to combat the potential for belt slip by adding an adjustable auxiliary idler to increase belt wrap at the supercharger pulley.  This increases mechanical grip of the belt by making sure the belt is in contact with as much of the pulley’s surface as possible.

Their Predator Claw also adds one additional idler just above the crank pulley.  This increases belt wrap at the harmonic damper as well.  There are two threaded positions to choose from based on whether or not you’re running a stock balancer or an aftermarket unit such as the ATI 10% or 20% units they also offer.

These two additional idlers address the two longest runs of belt in your Predator’s belt drive system and give you the ultimate control of your belt!
