These MHS 5.0L Xtreme Race Blower cams are designed for all-out competition use. Rough Idle and excellent power gains throughout the mid to upper power band. Suggested for supercharged applications from 25 – 40lbs of boost. Shift Points will be anywhere from 8200 – 9000 depending on the actual supercharger and intake manifold (centrifugal applications). Ported Heads with matching valve jobs and upgraded valves are highly suggested. Rear end gear will depend on the type of blower and peak RPM. 4000 – 4500 Stall suggested for Positive Displacement blowers, 5000 – 5300 stall suggested for Centrifugal blowers. Recommended for limited street/race use only due to drivability issues in traffic.
