ProCharger has two complete intercooled systems for the 6.1L HEMI Chargers–a shared-drive, HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive, Stage II Intercooled System. Both the HO and Stage II Systems allow SRT-8 Charger owners to experience the spine-straightening acceleration of a ProCharger-equipped 6.1L HEMI Charger. Both ProCharger Systems utilize the proven and patented P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto 2010-2006 Dodge Chargers. ProCharger systems for both the 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI utilize Diablosport® flash tuning systems to apply the ProCharger-developed tune for both applications.
When it comes to reliable, proven and powerful forced-air induction systems for modern EFI HEMI engines, ProCharger is literally years ahead of others. With designs that are far superior to other systems, ProCharger systems feature a 3-year warranty standard on the intercooler and is also available on the supercharger. ProCharger supercharger systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the engine oil pan, and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler configuration.
Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.

- High Output (HO) Intercooled Systems are designed for operation on vehicles with stock engines and stock exhaust (cat-back ok).
- Tuning is available for Systems only, and only for vehicles with stock engines with stock exhaust, as well as most “cat-back” exhaust systems.
- Complete systems with tuning require a minimum of US 91 octane gas.
- All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at time of order. ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or quality of tune for modified applications.
- Vehicles built for export and other non-US spec vehicles may require custom tuning/calibrations.

P-1X/D-1X Upgrade
The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than their industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
