ProCharger has two complete intercooled systems for the awesome 5.7L HEMI Chargers–a shared-drive HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive Stage II Intercooled System.
The HO and Stage II systems allow R/T Charger owners to gain 130+ HP on their 2009-10 5.7L VCT HEMI Charger, or 110+ HP with 2006-08 5.7L engines. Both systems utilize the patented, proven and self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets, larger fuel injectors and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto R/T Chargers with no major modifications to your car or engine. They also utilize a handheld tuner to upload the ProCharger tune.
Both the HO Intercooled and Stage II Intercooled Systems can add more than 110/130 horsepower on stock 5.7L HEMI Chargers running premium pump gas. Even higher boost levels are possible on stock and modified engines with a Tuner Kit and custom programming.

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.

- Due to variability among OEM computers and the prevalence of custom modifications, dyno tuning may be required; stock vehicles with cat-back exhaust systems may also require custom tuning.

2006-2010 Dodge Charger 5.7
ProCharger now has two complete intercooled systems for the 5.7L HEMI Chargers–a shared-drive, HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive, Stage II Intercooled System. Both the HO and Stage II systems allow SRT-8 Charger owners to experience the head-turning power of a ProCharger-equipped 5.7L HEMI Charger.
Both systems utilize the patented, proven self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, eight larger fuel injectors, fuel-pump booster, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto late model Dodge Chargers.
ProCharger systems for the 5.7L HEMI utilize a Diablosport® hand-held tuner to upload the ProCharger tune.
When it comes to reliable, proven and powerful forced-air induction systems for modern EFI HEMI engines, ProCharger is literally years ahead of others. With designs that are far superior to other systems, ProCharger HEMI Charger systems feature a visually appealing “from the factory” look and come with a standard 3-year warranty on the intercooler and 1-year warranty on the supercharger (Optional 3-year supercharger warranty is available).

ProCharger 5.7L HEMI Tuner Kits
In addition to complete systems, ProCharger offers two Intercooled Tuner Kits for the 5.7L HEMI Chargers–an HO Intercooled Tuner Kit and a Stage II Intercooled Tuner Kit. With reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced-air induction systems, a ProCharger Tuner Kit is an excellent way to add even more power to modified and custom tuned 5.7L HEMI Chargers. Tuner kits require additional components (fuel system upgrade) and custom tuning by a qualified dealer.
ProCharger Tuner Kits are available for AWD 5.7L HEMI Charger models and require additional fuel system upgrades and custom tuning by a qualified dealer.
For modified engines, an intercooled ProCharger supports the highest boost and power levels in the industry.
