Add 160+ Horsepower to your 6.1L HEMI Challenger
ProCharger has two complete intercooled systems for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers: a shared-drive, HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive, Stage II Intercooled System. Both the HO and Stage II Systems allow SRT-8 Challenger owners to experience what 585+ HP feels like in these modern Mopar muscle cars. Both ProCharger Systems utilize the proven and patented P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto the new Challengers. ProCharger systems for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers now utilize Diablosport® flash tuning systems to apply the ProCharger-developed tune for both applications.
Both the HO Intercooled and Stage II Intercooled Systems add more than 160 HP when installed onto the stock 6.1L Hemi engine while still running pump gas and enjoying all the day-to-day driveability you’ll want to experience every day. Thanks to the industry’s coolest charge air temperatures and largest power gains, no other supercharger system for the awesome new Dodge Challenger even comes close.
For modified engines, the ProCharger Stage II Intercooled System supports the highest boost and power levels in the industry.

Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.

ProCharger Tuner Kits
- Tuner Kits exclude fuel components and computer programming, but are otherwise identical to complete systems.
- HO Intercooled Tuner Kits are designed for stock and modified vehicles.
- Tuner kits are intended to be dyno-tuned by professional tuners/ installers with custom programming.
- ProCharger systems are sold 100% complete unless noted otherwise.
- High Output (HO) Intercooled Systems are designed for operation on vehicles with stock engines and stock exhaust (cat-back ok).
- Complete systems with tuning require a minimum of US 91 octane gas.
- All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at time of order. ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or quality of tune for modified applications.
- Vehicles built for export and other non-US spec vehicles may require custom tuning/calibrations.
- ProCharger systems for stock vehicles are emissions legal in all 50 states where noted on the Carb EO page HERE. For compliance information, visit www.arb.ca.gov
- Due to variability among OEM computers and the prevalence of custom modifications, dyno tuning may be required; stock vehicles with cat-back exhaust systems may also require custom tuning.
ProCharger 6.1L HEMI Tuner Kits
In addition to the two full systems, ProCharger also offers two Intercooled Tuner Kits for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers – an HO Intercooled Tuner Kit and a Stage II Intercooled Tuner Kit. With reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced-air induction systems, a ProCharger Tuner Kit is an excellent way to add even more power to modified and custom applications of the legendary 6.1L HEMI Challenger. Tuner Kits require the purchase of a fuel system upgrade (injectors and fuel pump) and custom tuning.
All ProCharger 6.1L HEMI supercharger Stage II solutions (Systems and Tuner Kits) require the purchase of an aftermarket crankshaft damper (sold separately).

ProCharger supercharger systems for the EFI HEMI engines feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the engine oil pan and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler.
P-1X/D-1X Upgrade
The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than our industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
