ProCharger was the first to offer complete supercharger systems for 6.4L/392 HEMI engines. Their company leads the way again with power gains of over 215 HP possible on standard premium pump gas, putting the power output of the 6.4L (392) engines at more than 700HP with optional race intercooler. This rivals the Dodge Hellcat at a fraction of the price, with only 7 psi of highly efficient, engine-friendly boost. Plus in 2015 they added an all new robust bracket system that works with the 392’s new electric steering and their air-to-air intercooler options have new revised tubing for an even easier installation.
Intercooled ProCharger Systems provide the coolest charge air temperatures, largest power gains and most repeatable performance available. ProCharger’s 6.4L Systems and Tuner Kits feature the industry standard P-1SC-1 ProCharger, with self-contained oiling, billet impeller and billet gear case standard. Their highly effective and reliable air-to-air intercooling system combines both a useful mounting location and best-in-class supercharger efficiency to minimize heat production and transfer maximizing their reliable power gains.
Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.
Important: Powertrain Control Module
NOTE: All Chrysler/Dodge vehicles 2015 and newer have locked Powertrain Control Module (PCM) computers and they require an unlocking process in order to install a new tune. The PCM must be shipped to Diablosport for unlocking so, please allow roughly one week. Another option is to purchase a second PCM directly from Diablosport ahead of the installation so, there is no downtime. It is an unfortunate hassle, but unlocking is required with any tuning modification to Chrysler/Dodge vehicles.

ProCharger Stage II Systems
The ProCharger Stage II Supercharger offering features an all new 8-rib dedicated drive system with option of a race intercooler upgrade. ProCharger designed this dedicated 8-rib system to have maximum belt wrap in order to support the truly power hungry. The bracket system fits head units up to the F-1A-94 without modifications to the car, which means no cutting or trimming with a blower that can support 1,200+ HP! Even though this system is perfect for “race” applications, it can be used with a P-1SC-1 at lower boost levels for mild street applications.

- ProCharger systems are sold 100% complete unless noted otherwise.
- High Output (HO) Intercooled Systems are designed for operation on vehicles with stock engines and stock exhaust (cat-back ok).
- Stage II Intercooled Systems are designed to accommodate higher power levels, but tuning is provided for stock vehicles only.
- Tuning is available for Systems only, and only for vehicles with stock engines with stock exhaust, as well as most “cat-back” exhaust systems.
- Complete systems with tuning require a minimum of US 91 octane gas.
- All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at time of order. ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or quality of tune for modified applications.
- Vehicles built for export and other non-US spec vehicles may require custom tuning/calibrations.
- ProCharger systems for stock vehicles are emissions legal in all 50 states where noted on the Carb EO page. For compliance information, visit www.arb.ca.gov
- Due to variability among OEM computers and the prevalence of custom modifications, dyno tuning may be required; stock vehicles with cat-back exhaust systems may also require custom tuning

P-1X/D-1X Upgrade
The ProCharger P-1X and D-1X head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design that creates cooler charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level than their industry-standard P-1SC-1 and D-1SC. This higher efficiency design was engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for P-1SC-1 and D-1SC equipped systems and has even greater max-power potential.
