ProCharger HO Intercooled Systems for 1988-1995 GM trucks & SUVs produce power gains of 60-65% on stock engines running 8-9 psi of boost. Equipped with the ultra-efficient ProCharger air-to air intercooler, these American-made systems will deliver the power to tow, and power to go. ProCharger’s industry-leading supercharger and intercooler technology delivers cooler air, more sustainable torque, and substantially more total power than any other supercharger
Tuner Kits: These kits make sense for someone wanting to perform custom tuning of the car and push the envelope in performance. Will most likely be experimenting with alternative fuels such as 93 octane, race fuel, E85 fuel, and methanol supplemental fuel. In addition, possibly changing engine components like heads, headers, exhaust, and cams for the engine. No tuning or fuel components provided.
*Higher boost levels are available for modified engines.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
ProCharger High Output Intercooled Systems
The HO Intercooled Intercooled systems utilize the patented, proven and self-contained P-1SC ProCharger, a compact supercharger drive system, a highly-effective, air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets, fuel system upgrade (FMU and pump), ProFlo anti-surge / bypass valve, tuning and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto your GM truck and SUV engine. ProCharger HO Systems come standard with a 2 core intercooler.
ProCharger supercharger systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need for external oil feed and return lines and avoids having to deal the complexity and maintenance issues of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler configuration. ProCharger systems for GM trucks and SUVs feature a visually appealing, “from the factory” look and come with a standard 3-year warranty on the intercooler and 1-year warranty on the supercharger (Optional 3-year supercharger warranty is available).

- High Output (HO) Intercooled Systems are designed for operation on vehicles with stock engines and stock exhaust (cat-back ok).
- Complete systems with tuning require a minimum of US 91 octane gas.
- All engine and exhaust modifications must be noted at time of order. ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or quality of tune for modified applications.
- Vehicles built for export and other non-US spec vehicles may require custom tuning/calibrations.
- ProCharger systems for stock vehicles are emissions legal in all 50 states where noted on the Carb EO page HERE. For compliance information, visit www.arb.ca.gov
- Due to variability among OEM computers and the prevalence of custom modifications, dyno tuning may be required; stock vehicles with cat-back exhaust systems may also require custom tuning.
ProCharger Tuner Kits
- Tuner Kits exclude fuel components and computer programming, but are otherwise identical to complete systems.
- HO Intercooled Tuner Kits are designed for stock and modified vehicles.
- Tuner kits are intended to be dyno-tuned by professional tuners/ installers with custom programming.
