Track proven and tested in the extreme Texas heat with ambient temperature consistently over 90°F (32°C) at TX2K by three S58 vehicles. All three posted times of 7-seconds, including new world record holder of the “Fastest BMW in the World” Tom Wrigley Performance in his G80 M3 race car (7.67 seconds at 183mph). The street driven GTP Motorsport G87 xDrive M2 also set the M2 World Record with a time of 7.84 seconds at 178mph.
CSF’s new manifold design, which removes the charge cooler from the intake manifold, resolves the core size limitation of all drop-in fit options available on the market.
The CSF #8402 Cooling product is designed to be a “Custom Fit” application. The product installion may require modifications. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.

Includes CSF’s proprietary Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer – Proven to lower intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%
S58 version comes with billet oil filter housing adapter to make filter accessible without removing the manifold
Modular Ports on the Top of Each Cylinder Runner that can also be used for Nitrous or Methanol Injection
Throttle Body Flange is engineered to accommodate a larger 77mm S55 throttle body (BMW 13-54-7-597-871)
Comes Finished in Raw Billet Aluminum – Custom Finishes available (Powder Coat, Cerakote, or Anodizing)
