Some Camshafts may require clearancing of the keyway to allow gears to fully seat on the passenger side. Be sure to check this during installation as failure to clearance the gear will result in cracking the cam gear. It is very important that gears, camshafts, washers and cams spacers be clean and free of any oil during installation.
